She literally took care of everything and it was a huge relief!

Taylor did a fantastic job with our wedding! We had several calls to plan leading up to the wedding and she guided me through the day of timeline and then created one for me and sent it to the vendors. I did not know about the first look and I love that she suggested we do one. I arrived later than planned due to some dress issues and noticed the groom pull up right after me so we both grabbed my enormous dress and booked it for a place to hide. (see photo) Then she staged the moment and we had a lovely first look before we began the photos before the ceremony. She set up all the decorations perfectly for me and worked with the photographer to make sure that all the formals could be done efficiently. Then throughout the night, she kept surprising me with all the little things she took care of and I was able to just enjoy my wedding without any worries at all! Dan and I both noticed that everything just got done magically and she directed us through the flow of events with ease. We anticipated having too much extra cake so I brought some little cupcake boxes for the guests to take some home. I told her she could put them next to the cake so the guests could just grab it themselves but instead she boxed all the left over slices and when people left it was so easy to say “grab some cake!” and they picked up a box on their way out. She literally took care of everything and it was a huge relief because our wedding was on a Sunday and my wedding party had to leave shortly after the cake cutting so I was worried I’d be stuck doing everything myself. Instead, Taylor did it all and came to me at the end of the night saying all I had to do was go home. Dan and I are both so grateful with how thorough and attentive she was all night. I could not have asked for anything more. Thanks Taylor!!

My husband and I would highly recommend Taylor as your wedding day of coordinator! As a Type A bride, I had an active role in planning my wedding. I knew I wanted a day of coordinator to make sure the day ran smoothly without stressing me out. Taylor met with me a few months before my wedding and reviewed my wedding plans, vendors, details, etc.. to ensure I was not missing any key elements. We worked together on a day of timeline and she helped make necessary adjustments. She followed up with my vendors to make sure they knew the times they needed to arrive to the venue as well as the time they needed to begin their service. Throughout the entire evening she continued to work with each vendor to keep the events throughout the reception on schedule. We had a couple problems that arose the day of but she quickly jumped on top of every issue to ensure sure my husband and I did not stress about them. Taylor and the team she hired were extremely professional throughout the entire evening and I received many compliments about Taylor after the wedding. Overall, we had a great experience with Taylor and would highly recommend her.

We are SO happy we hired Taylor to help us coordinate our special day! From the get go, Taylor took initiative when it came to setting up initial meetings to begin the planning process. We had so many questions along the way and Taylor was able to answer them all and provide OPTIONS and suggestions for every scenario. Taylor is the absolute best! Our wedding was postponed twice during the pandemic, and Taylor was so flexible, patient, and helpful during the entire process. Even our entire wedding party was impressed with how organized and well-handled the rehearsal and wedding day was. The entire day was so well thought out. Taylor was absolutely wonderful! She is very thorough, detail oriented, and professional. At every stage of planning, she helped calm my nerves throughout the whole process of planning a wedding. Taylor helped me stay on task by creating a detailed timeline for the big day and going through every small detail of what I wanted and did not want to when it came to my wedding. She is extremely hard-working and takes her job very seriously when it comes to makes sure your wedding inspiration/dreams come alive on your special day. She was always available to talk when I was feeling overwhelmed and conflicted on a decision and not only helped talk me through it, but helped me come to decide what it really was I wanted or what was best. Taylor has lots of experience so she was super helpful to go to for advice and make sure I was getting not only what I wanted, but was affordable and attainable. She was a great leader on the day of the wedding, making sure everything went as planned, was on time, and especially making sure what I wanted was done. She will make sure no family member or vendor goes against what you want and put anyone in check who is not following through in a professional way. When there is a problem, she finds a solution so that you enjoy your wedding day with out any worries. Our wedding went on beautifully and was even ahead of schedule giving us more time to dance and enjoy our guests, which was more then I could have asked for. I am the type of person who is used to being a leader and wanting things a certain way and she truly made sure everything was how I wanted, and more. I couldn’t rave more about Taylor, and how amazing she is and what a kind and wonderful person she is. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I would highly recommend Taylor as your event day of coordinator! She went above and beyond to assure that everything went smoothly leading up to and the day of our wedding. We had a couple bumps the day of the wedding, Taylor was on top of those issues without hesitation, she made sure that both my husband and I were not stressing over those issues and handled them herself.

I literally had NOTHING to worry about on our big day!

We reached out to Taylor weeks before our wedding thinking that she was either going to be unavailable or it was going to be too much of a short notice, since weddings are pretty damn stressful with so much to do. To our surprise she accepted to help us. She was very helpful, she met up with us weekly and texted us daily to see if we needed anything and obviously holding us accountable with things we needed to do since our big day was fast approaching. She was bringing stuff to our attention that we hadn’t even thought of. When I tell you that I literally had NOTHING to worry about on our big day is because she literally had everything under control. Taylor is very organized and a problem solver. I would hire her for any big event. Her work ethic is unbelievable. My husband and I are so grateful for her. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. If you are questioning if you need a wedding planner or not, do yourself a favor and get Taylor as a wedding planner. You definitely need her. Best decision we made when planning our wedding!

Hiring Taylor as a day-of coordinator was absolutely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Her professionalism and dedication are outstanding. Although we had asked her to be the day of coordinator, she started working with us right away and we started about six months out with monthly check in’s. Although we would meet monthly, Taylor would still take the time to check in with us weekly and ensure that we were getting the things that we needed to be done and was always asking if we needed help with anything. It was a special blessing to be able to have Taylor help us on the day of in ensuring that everything was set up and making sure every detail was in place. She helped us with some last-minute fixes and even added thoughtful extra touches that coordinated with our wedding! She shared great ideas, things we had not even thought about, and that made our wedding that much better. We were so glad to have her there to guide us through our ceremony and reception; we would not have known what to do without her there. She ensured that everything was set with our vendors and even had someone at our wedding location making sure everything was done while Taylor remained with us to ensure our needs were met. Taylor’s passion for weddings combined with her organization and attention to detail make her worth far more than she even knows. She made our journey to our wedding day as smooth as possible and when that day came we were able to enjoy every moment of it. Taylor is not like any other wedding planner, she dedicates all time and effort to ensure that your special day is truly incredible. We would highly recommend her to any couple planning their wedding or any other type of event; with Taylor’s help, our wedding was the smoothly-run success we dreamt it could be.

She’s the Best!

I contacted Taylor the Monday before my wedding. The person that was suppose to help me fell through and I was a mess. Taylor came over to my house that evening and we went over all the details. She contacted my vendors, set up a timeline, ordered last minute supplies and reassured me everything was going to work out. The big day came and I could not thank Taylor and her assistant enough! They were there from start to finish. She took care of the entire bridal party making sure we had a chance to eat or needed her in any way. She made sure the venue was perfect, the ceremony ran smoothly, the vendors did their job, and that everything was cleaned up afterwards. I had guests compliment what an amazing job she did and asked for her contact info! She’s very professional, dedicated, and hard working! Highly recommend her for your events!!
